MASSIVE RECRUITMENT:

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT manager will be in charge of the marketing and business department of this company.

ROLES:
1. The business development manager’s main task is to facilitate the growth of the business for which he or she works. Everything about this position is sales and marketing , this experienced professional develops training plans to educate and motivate the employees of the company to perform at their most profitable level so as to meet the organisation’s set goals and target.
2. Strategic planning for future development is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company’s competitors.
3. He or she is expected to develop and seal all businesses from start to finish.
4. He or she is responsible for the overall business target of the company.
5. He or she will attend every business meeting and presentation of the company.

EXPERIENCE:
This is a very sensitive position and it’s a management position.

1. Candidate must have not less than
5 to 8years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry in two different firms.
2. Candidate must have experience supervising and managing a professional staff of not less than 5.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, business administration or a related field required.
2. Masters in Business or Marketing preferred.
3 where there is no masters, a professional course in marketing or management.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CHARACTERISTICS:

1. Effective communicating skill.
2. Highly developed and demonstrated teamwork skills.
3. Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
4. Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
5. Expert in internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
6. Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
7. Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
8. Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
9. Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services.
10. Experience in the global marketplace is a plus.

SALARY:
Salary is negotiable but very attractive with OTE more.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS.
The business development officers come under the marketing manager.

ROLES:
1. Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
2. Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals,prospects and presentations and seals or concludes the business.
3. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
4. Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
5. Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
6. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
7. Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.

EXPERIENCE:
This is a very sensitive position just like the marketing manager’s position.

1. Candidate must have not less than

2. Candidate must have in experience in strategic marketing and public relations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

1. Minimum of BSc or it’s equivalent in marketing, business administration or any related course.
2. Professional trainings on related areas.
